Meet the Management Team

Zoe Pierson

Director/Founder/Trainer

Over the past 20 years I have held several management and supervisory roles where I have needed to support staff and customers. Following this I began working in a nursing home and was often involved in supporting residents and their families by ensuring that all relevant documentation was in order and completed. Often interacting with the residents and helping with activities. More recently working in a care agency where I visited Service Users in their homes to carry out assessment of need, risk assessment and then put together care plans that met and identified their needs. In addition I managed payroll, invoicing, staff supervisions, recruitment and the agency rota. I consider myself to be a good communicator and understanding and empathetic to the needs of our service users and staff alike. I am a dedicated individual whom will always work to the best of my ability and provide and expect that our staff deliver the highest quality care.

Carole-ann Smith

I have over 22 years experience in the care sector firstly working as a Care Assistant in a variety of settings at senior and management level. In 2010 I attended university where I gained a Registered Nurse - Mental Health qualification. Since qualifying I have worked in acute settings, community and nursing homes both as a staff nurse, Senior lead Nurse, Unit Manager and Home Manager, I believe I have gained valuable knowledge and experience in a variety of different clinical areas from care of older people, forensic psychiatry, social inclusion, acute mental health, learning disability and individuals with varying Dementia types. Service users and the staff that support them have always been my priority. I am dedicated in ensuring the highest level of care is always provided and all times.
